- RESERVATIONS WITH FREE CANCELLATION :

You can cancel a reservation without penalty within the deadline set by the rate applied to the reservation. You will find the details under "terms and conditions" in your booking.

Payment for the reservation is made automatically on the day following the cancellation deadline, if the reservation has not been canceled.

For cancellations requested or made after the aforementioned deadline or for non-arrival there is a penalty of 100% of the amount of the stay.

In the event of government restrictions that prohibit moving from one's residence to our structure (regional or national lock down), occurring after the cancellation deadline, the amount of the reservation itself may be replaced, at the request of the customer, with a gift voucher (voucher) of equal value to be used in a subsequent stay.

In all other cases, La Smeralda is not required to refund any amount for cancellations and / or cancellations requested by guests after the deadline for free cancellation.

You can cancel a booking at a non-refundable rate with a penalty equal to 100% of the amount of the stay

The payment of the amount of the stay takes place at the time of booking.
